Make an Order
1. Fill up order form
To order the items you like in Fushimii is easy. Just fill up the order form available at the navigation bar and key in all the relevant details and your order will be on its way to reach us.
2. Order Confirmation
After you have placed your order, we will send order confirmation email to you ASAP. Please pardon us in case of delay in responding your order. We will acknowledge you the item availability, delivery charges, total amount of purchase and our Maybank Account Number in order confirmation email.
3. Delivery Service
We use Poslaju or Pos Express depending on the size of item(s) for delivery in Malaysia. For overseas shipment, we use registered mail.

The cost of delivery & handling within Malaysia is as below:
- 1-2pcs - RM6 (WM) RM8 (EM)
- 3-4pcs - RM8 (WM) RM10 (EM)
- 5-6pcs - RM10 (WM) RM12 (EM)
We will email you the AirWayBill(AWB) tracking number once we courier your purchase to you in order for you to track it in Malaysia Pos website. The delivery lead time should take about 1-3 working days for Malaysia.
We will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost or damaged during delivery.
2. International Shipping
For delivery to country other than Malaysia and Singapore, please check with us via lovefushimii@gmail.com.
Payment
We accept internet banking, ATM transfer to our Maybank account. You are advised to make the transfer in 2 days time upon making order and please provide us information as below via email (lovefushimii@gmail.com) for payment tracking purpose. If we are unable to track your payment, we would request you to fax/email us your payment slip. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost or damaged during delivery.

Accessories in the pictures are not included, unless stated otherwise. As we try our best to show you the items in their best form, however, the actual color may differ slightly due to lighting or different monitor display setting.
